Welcome to Whisk ("Whisk," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Whisk mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Whisk. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

4. Subscriptions & Payments
4.1 Subscription Options
Whisk offers auto-renewing subscriptions, which may include:
Pricing is shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
4.2 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal.
4.3 Free Trials
If a free trial is offered:

You will not be charged during the trial period
•
Any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
•
You will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless canceled
4.4 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
4.5 Refunds
Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policies. Whisk does not issue refunds directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful purposes
•
Reverse engineer or attempt to access the App's source code
•
Abuse, exploit, or interfere with App functionality
•
Use the App to generate harmful, misleading, or dangerous content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Whisk uses artificial intelligence to generate recipe content.

AI-generated recipes may contain errors or inaccuracies
•
You are responsible for reviewing ingredients, instructions, and suitability
•
Whisk does not guarantee accuracy, safety, or completeness
7. Nutrition & Health Disclaimer
Whisk is provided for informational purposes only.

•
Not a substitute for professional guidance
•
Always consult a qualified professional regarding health conditions, allergies, or dietary needs
Use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, branding, software, and design are owned by or licensed to Whisk. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any portion without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Whisk is provided "as is" and "as available"
•
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the prior 12 months
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
